Well with a range of different exercises focussing on a range of different aspects of your physical health book in a Mindful Class to help your recovery. Dynamic, fast paced workouts are great as they burn calories, help with agility and tone you up. They don’t provide much stability for the joints or flexibility which your body also needs. Doing solely high impact training without the conditioning to ensure safe and stable movement as well as the flexibilty so you don’t seize up like an engine with no oil is essential.

Conversely cardio training is recommended by the NZ health department and Heart foundation as having at least 150 minutes of moderate to high cardiovascular training a week to maintain good health, with more benefits the more you do.

Yoga and HIIT, these 2 go together like a lock and key for your health.
