    Consistency is the key to progress. Now, I know you are probably thinking WHAAAAT? Averaging 4 classes a week? Are you insane? Well with a range of different exercises focussing on a range of different aspects of your physical health book in a Mindful Class to help your recovery. If you are feeling energised try out our HIIT classes or any of the others.

    By comitting to yourself 4 hours a week on average you will be held accountable and really see, and even more importantly feel, the results that you are after, no matter what they are.

      With 168 hours each week available to you putting aside a little under 3 hours a week on average will set you up to maintain your best self.

      This could be 1 HIIT class to focus on your cardio, 1 pilates to focus on your strength and 1 Yoga to focus on your headspace. Or maybe delve in and focus on one of these for a while then the next. You have the option and ability to set your own goals and desired reality.
